We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or with service providers who assist in our operations (such as payment processors and hosting providers).

Stripe — Our payment processor handles all subscription payments. Stripe also manages vendor promo codes and discount coupons. Couples' payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Resend — We use Resend to deliver transactional emails including vendor account invitations, payout confirmations, and partner application responses. Email addresses are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these communications.
Vendor partners — Referred couples are visible to the vendor who referred them only as anonymised identifiers (a partial UUID). No personally identifiable information such as name, email address or phone number is ever shared with vendor partners.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. These help us understand how you use our services and allow us to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember your preferences such as your chosen display theme (light or dark) and language preference (English or Greek). This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After your subscription ends, we provide a data access grace period to download your content:
We will send you a reminder email 7 days before your data access period expires, giving you time to download your guest photos and guest list. After the grace period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymized information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but all personally identifiable information will be removed.
Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

When a vendor is onboarded as a Weddilinks partner we collect and store their business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business category. We also generate and store a unique promo code, QR code, and referral tracking identifier associated with their account.
When a couple creates a Weddilinks account using a vendor's QR code, their account is permanently linked to that vendor for commission tracking purposes. This link is recorded at the time of signup and cannot be changed. The couple is not identified to the vendor by name or email — only by an anonymised identifier.
Commission records including subscription amounts, discount values, commission calculations, Stripe Payment IDs and payout references are stored indefinitely for accounting and legal compliance purposes. These records are retained even after a vendor partnership ends.
Upon termination of a vendor partnership, the vendor's auth account and portal access are immediately revoked. Their personal details (name, email, phone) may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes, after which they will be permanently deleted. Commission records are retained as described in section 12.3.
Vendor partners have the same data rights as all other users as described in Section 6 of this policy. To exercise these rights or request deletion of your vendor data please contact us.
When you submit a partner application via our partners page we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business category, and any optional message or website link you provide.
This information is used solely to review your application and contact you regarding the outcome. We send a confirmation email to the address you provide via our email provider Resend.
If your application is unsuccessful or you do not hear back from us, your application data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months from the date of submission and then permanently deleted.
If your application is approved and you are onboarded as a partner, your data is transferred to your vendor account as described in Section 12.
