By accessing or using Weddilinks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
Weddilinks provides an online platform for creating and hosting wedding websites. Our services include website templates, customization tools, RSVP management, photo galleries, and related features to help couples share their wedding information with guests.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your wedding website, including photos, text, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant Weddilinks a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Free accounts have limited features and storage. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time. Free accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may be subject to deletion after notice.
The Weddilinks platform, including its design, features, templates, and branding, is owned by Weddilinks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without permission.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddilinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

After your premium subscription ends or expires, you retain read-only access to download your data for a grace period:
Expiration Reminders: We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your data access period expires, giving you time to download your guest photos and guest list. After the grace period ends, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Free users: Guest photos uploaded by wedding guests are retained for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. We recommend upgrading to a premium plan if you need longer photo retention.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease and all associated data will be deleted. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Participation in the Weddilinks Partner Program is by invitation only. Vendors must apply and be approved by Weddilinks before receiving access to the partner dashboard, referral QR code, and promo code. Weddilinks reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
As a Weddilinks partner you agree to:
Commission rates are agreed individually between Weddilinks and each partner at the time of onboarding. These rates are documented in your partner dashboard and apply to qualifying subscriptions made by couples you have referred. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually charged to the customer after any discounts are applied. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis via bank transfer. Weddilinks reserves the right to withhold payment if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.
Partners are provided with a unique promo code that gives referred couples a discount on their Weddilinks subscription. This discount is intended as a benefit for the couples you refer. The promo code is single-use per customer and must not be advertised publicly or distributed in any way that circumvents its intended personal referral purpose.
Partners have access to a personal dashboard showing referral activity, commission history and payout records. Every commission entry includes a Stripe Payment ID that can be independently verified. Weddilinks is committed to full transparency in all commission calculations and payout records.
Weddilinks reserves the right to terminate or suspend any partner relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of referral materials, reputational concerns, or a change in business direction. Upon termination: your QR code and promo code will be immediately deactivated, access to the partner dashboard will be revoked, and any pending commissions from verified legitimate referrals prior to termination will be paid out at the next scheduled payout cycle unless there is an active fraud investigation.
Partners may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting Weddilinks directly. Upon voluntary termination the same deactivation process applies.
Weddilinks is not liable for any loss of income, expected commissions, or business opportunity arising from the termination of a partner relationship. Commission earnings are dependent on couple subscription activity and are not guaranteed. Weddilinks does not guarantee any minimum level of referral traffic, subscriptions or earnings to any partner.
Weddilinks reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, discount values, and program terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via the email address associated with their partner account. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
